We provide tasty, nutritious meals, delivered to the door of homebound
seniors.

Wellness Centers
We have 17 centers located throughout Oceana, Muskegon and Ottawa
counties.
Seniors are welcome to enjoy a social environment, activities
and your choice
of a hot, salad or sandwich lunch.

Wellness & Enrichment Programs
City Center offers a wide variety of
activities to keep seniors healthy and active. From strength
training for those less active seniors to Zumba which combines dance and
fitness in one fun workout, we have something for everyone. |
