Upcoming Fundraising Events

Nutritional Services hosts several events each year in order to generate funding for the meals services we provide for seniors in the Muskegon, Oceana and Ottawa county area.  Information on these upcoming fundraising events is provided below.
 


6th Annual Lakeshore Miles for Meals  
  5k Run & Walk
Saturday August 2, 2008

Located at Pere Marquette Beach
       – voted ONE of the world’s best beaches!

  • Beautiful 5k race course located all along the Lakeshore on Pere Marquette Beach in Muskegon

  • Enjoy over 3 miles of lake and beachfront and nature!

  • Post-Race Beach Party - Come to our Breakfast on the Beach!  Free to all Participants!

Starting & Finishing Point is close to Captain Jack's Restaurant at Pere Marquette Beach. Take US 31 to Sherman Blvd. Exit - west. Follow the curve to the right when the road forks and the signs to the beach. Take the Beach Street loop to get to Captain Jack's Restaurant and starting point/finishing point of race.

    Help Meals on Wheels of West Michigan by collecting sponsors!  Collect money from your friends, family and co-workers.  All money collected stays in the community to assist Meals on Wheels.
